What payment is required?

We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on the date of the customers booked party. Your $50 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 7 days before the party. If cancelled within 7 days of the booked party , the $50 deposit is non-refundable. 

How do we pay for the party?

Payments can me made by check payable to Big Dream Parties, cash or Venmo @BigDreamParties

What age range do you recommend?

We recommend our parties for children 5 years and older.

Do you have boy & girl themes?

We have many different themes that would work for both boys & girls. Please see our Themes page for more ideas. 

Do you do customized parties?

We can create a unique and personalized theme for your party with at least 2 weeks advance notice. If new tent covers are required to fit your theme, we need 3 weeks notice. Additional charges will be added if the customized party is outside of our current inventory.  

Do any of the accessories need to be plugged in to a wall outlet?

All electronic appliances only require battery power, which we provide.

How long do I keep the decorations?

The rental period is from the startup time to the pickup time. Setup time varies, but pickup time can start as early as 10:30am the following day.  Longer times can be negotiated and are subject to availability.

What are the dimensions of the tents and mattress?
Each tent has a twin size mattress at 37" in width and 75" in length.  The entire set up including the tent and the lap tray in front of the mattress is 43" in width and 87" in length.

Can the tents be set up outdoors?

No, our tents are not waterproof and are meant to be set up indoors.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 7 days notice must be given to request a change from the date of the original booking. The customer’s request can then be granted if their preferred date and time are available. Cancellation within the 7 days will result in a forfeit of the $50 reservation deposit.
